Originally designed as a replacement for a student's spelling notebook that lists words to be learned for school each week, SpellingNotebook offers a convenient digital solution. Unlike a paper notebook, SpellingNotebook allows users to hear each word spoken, enabling testing and practice without relying solely on written cues. With a full searchable spelling dictionary, students can easily add new words to their word list, reducing the risk of entry errors.

The built-in spelling dictionary automatically adjusts based on your region. For users outside the US, Canada, Australia, and NZ, the UK spelling dictionary is selected by default.

Please note that recording words on iPod touch models prior to the 4th generation requires an external microphone. The app will prompt you if no microphone is detected.
